Hon Kiu (James) To

Hon Kiu To is a doctoral student in the Department of Criminology. His background is in mathematics and statistics, where he completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mathematics, and M.Phil. in Statistics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Before joining Penn, he served as a research assistant in the Department of Statistics at CUHK, with his work focusing on trend inference in time series. His research interests include improving statistical interpretations of forensic evidence and developing statistical methods that help improve the understanding of crime.
