I am Hasan Javed Bhatti. I graduated in Law from University of Warwick in 2009 and then went on to complete my Bar Vocational Course (BVC) from BPP Law School, UK in 2010. After completion of my studies, I returned to Pakistan and joined Police Service of Pakistan (PSP) in 2015 and have been a practical practitioner for almost nine (09) years now. I have diverse experience related to maintenance of law and order, police operations, anti-riot unit and investigation of cases. In a country like Pakistan, it is very challenging being a police officer. Now, I felt the need to further hone my expertise in the field of criminology so that I could contribute positively as I progress to more senior positions. And there could be no better place than University of Pennsylvania. I hope that it would equip me with the latest knowledge and trends in the field of criminology. I hope to bring a lot of practical knowledge to the class too.
