Ethan Doshi is a doctoral student in the Department of Criminology. His research interests include organizational structure, behavior, and culture of law enforcement agencies and crime organizations. In addition, he is interested in applications of machine learning and advanced statistical methodology to the study of crime. Prior to joining the University of Pennsylvania, Ethan received a BS in Mathematics from California Lutheran University and an M.Phil in Policy Analysis from the RAND School of Public Policy where he also worked as an Assistant Policy Researcher working on projects sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense.
