Brittany Jones is a submatriculant for graduate study in the Department of Criminology, pursuing her undergraduate degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology. Throughout her Penn career, she has worked as a summer intern in Juvenile Operations with the NYC Department of Probation. There, she collaborated with the Assistant Director and various Probation Officers to support administrative tasks as well as facilitate youth engagement and promote summer learning for teenage youth transitioning out of the juvenile justice system. On campus, Brittany is involved in City Step, a dance-based mentorship program for 5th and 6th grade students in West Philadelphia. Committed to furthering her personal dance training, she is also an ongoing member of Penn’s premiere hip hop and contemporary dance team, Strictly Funk Dance Company. In addition to completing her bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Brittany is currently completing a certificate in Cybersecurity from Google.
