Emily Coyle is a MS student in the Department of Criminology. She specializes in terrorism and national security research and wants to further explore biological and sociological factors contributing to criminal behavior. For the past nine years, Emily has been serving in the U.S. Army as a counterintelligence special agent, with her work focusing on investigating foreign intelligence and international terrorist threats. Emily has a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and is an honor graduate of the Criminal Investigator Training Program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
