Charles Loeffler's Team Victorious in NIJ Crime Forecasting Challenge

The National Institute of Justice hosted a Real-Time Crime Forecasting Challenge in February in order to conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis of available crime forecasting software. Winners were announced this summer.
