Richard Berk gives talk to Inter-America Development Bank on using machine learning algorithms to identify political corruption

On November 30th,  Richard Berk gave a talk to Inter-America Development Bank on using machine learning algorithms to identify political corruption. He used as an example his research on the Inter-America Tropical Tuna Commission that by international treaty oversees a large tuna fishery off the coast of Chile.
