Penn Criminology is happy to announce two new additions to our faculty this summer. Associate Professor Emily Owens and Assistant Professor Sara Heller have joined the department and will begin teaching in the fall.
Professor Emily Owens joins us from Cornell University where she was an Associate Professor in the Department of Policy Analysis and Management.
Professor Sara Heller joins us from the University of Chicago where she was a PhD candidate in Public Policy.
