Richard Berk Helps The New York Times Interpret F.B.I. Crime Data
The New York Times reports that crime in the U.S. continues an overall downward trend, but a few cities experienced an increase in homicides in 2015. Dr. Berk explains the way crime rates change year-to-year and neighborhood by neighborhood.
